Damaged items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time at support@thesearch.shop!
Wrong size:
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled.
If you’d like a different size or ordered the wrong size, you will need to get in touch with us within 30 days of purchase at support@thesearch.shop. Give us the reason for your requested return and we will let you know the next steps available to you.
Please note the following regarding exchanges:
- If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot accept returns/exchanges.
- We will ask that you return the item in it’s packaging to the return address included in your package.
- The item must be returned unused/unwashed (it will be donated to charity).
- All shipping costs for returns/exchanges will be your responsibility, including shipping of a new item to you.
- A $5 handling fee per shirt will be added to the shipping costs when sending a replacement shirt to you.
- All sale purchases and purchases made using a discount code are FINAL.
